The staff are always very helpful and friendly. I've always had a great experience here. I find alot of items on Clearance for my business and they always work with me when I'm using my coupons. I save a lot of money here.

Ok, if you need a printer--they have a huge selection, but most of the other products are available from locally-owned retailer like Kona Coast Office at better prices. Also, beware that you will have to assemble any furniture you buy there.
I called Officemax in Kailua-Kona on 9/12/17 requesting to get copies of receipts of items I had purchased on 8/28 and 8/30. The person on the phone put me through to a call center. I gave the woman my information and was told it would take 24-72hrs. 72 hours later and I still hadn't heard back. I called the Kailua-Kona location again and I got Jharne on the phone. Let me say wow! She was absolutely wonderful and a huge help. She took my information and was able to locate my receipts right then and there. She said she would have them printed and I could pick them up from the store at my own convenience. I would say that the first person I spoke to should have done what Jharne did, but then I wouldn't of had the chance to speak with Jharne and get the impression that I did. Well done, she has customer service built into her genes. As a manager myself, I would love to have her a part of my team. Look out officemax :-)
