I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile for the unlimited data. They were out of Note 5's but the guys at the store (including the manager, Erin) assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Well it was a big problem. The phone stopped sending photos and and videos to email or You Tube. I took the phone in and asked to get a T-Mobile Note 5. They don't make them any more but they would sell me an s7 Edge. I said forget it, fix my old phone. They fooled around with it and said they couldn't fix it. When I got home I could no longer make or receive phone calls. I took it back and they said the phone was defective and tried to sell me the s7 Edge. Are you beginning to detect a patter here? When I was in the store the first time signing up for new service there was a lady in there screaming at them. She stormed out and yelled to whoever was listen "Don't buy anything here; these guys are rip-off artists. Now that I've seen them in action I agree. They messed up my phone on purpose so they could sell me a new phone. The third time, after they handed me my phone back, they both got on computers and you could tell they were just clicking keys; not writing anything, waiting for me to leave. The two guys are a couple of con artists. I don't know about the girl; she may not be in on it. Later that day I drove into a low service area and the phone said "You are out of the service area would you like to switch to the global network?" I clicked O.K. and everything started working. They had turned off the network knowing that I wouldn't realize what they had done just because they wanted to sell me the s7 Edge. Business must be slow after the Note 7 fiasco.
t-mobile kona has great staff. I feel sorry for them this winter. T-mobile made them use jackets and wool hats in HAWAII ???!!!
T-Mobile Kona has the BEST Staff! Ramon is a Joy to work with. He is SO Helpful and Knowledgeable! He made our transition from AT&T to T-Mobile a breeze!
Outstanding management, sales reps, and store. Location is extremely convenient as compared to old location. Plenty of parking and easily accessible. I have been a T-mobile customer for 8+ years and the staff at this location excel in customer service and product knowledge more than any store that I have had dealings with. They have been very helpful through many phones, changes in plans, adding of lines, and any occasional technical difficulties.
Ramon and his team always treat me very kindly with 5 star customer service. Always proficient and I do recommend T Mobile.
