Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly grounds men and security personnel. 10 minutes walk to shopping centre. Has 3 swimming pools. Ocean pool faces the ocean and a great place to catch spectacular sunset.
Condo was very well kept and the amenities were great. Included beach towels and other beach equipment.
Old and worn down apartment - great location though and nice neighborhood ! 140 dollar for AC - not mentioned in the voucher !! - the apartment was warm and damp when we arrived - all in all not that pleasant. Total extra bill was 276$ (AC + check out cleaning)
Cleaning deposit is almost $200.00 for 5 days on top of the bill. No air conditioning unless you pay daily extra $25.00 a night. Although in July being on the ocean front a nice breeze and cools off nicely. Grounds are beautiful pools are nice and very peaceful yet July was in the 78 plus with 75% ! Humidity. Really need air conditioning. If you smoke. It is all the way up front buy the garden gate entry.
