Personally, when my family and I rented this place, we were pretty disappointed by this particular guest house. And the reason why it's not 1 star is because the owner of the place is really nice and helpful with suggestions about places we should visit.
THIS GUY IS A HORRIBLE CROOK WHO WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
Coming from a fairly cool climated region to this island of Hawaii, it was difficult to acclimatize to the weather and it didn't help that there wasn't an air conditioning unit available. Only fans. For us to rent the top portion of the house, it was roughly $200 per night per person which equates to us paying $800 per day for 7 days. Unfortunately, the pictures and what is written on the website is basically candy coated to what you'll actually be receiving as wear and tear on the house, etc. is definitely present. I can only recommend the reader of this review to find another place because at the price and value of what you get... I just can't recommend it. Best to go for a hotel that's around this price and I guarantee you won't be sorry.

I BOOKED A HOUSE RENTAL AND THE GUY "JOHN" AVOIDED MY CALLS UNTIL AFTER I LOST 50% OF MY MONEY. I PAID $3,000.00 FOR 9 DAYS FOR A HOUSE THAT HE ADVERTISED FOR 8 PEOPLE....TURNED OUT TO BE ACTUALLY 1 ROOM, NO BEDROOMS OR ANYTHING...... HE REFUSES TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK AND NOW HE IS GOING TO BE INVESTIGATED ACCORDING TO THE AGENCY FOR FRAUD REFUSING TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AND MISREPRESENTING THE PROPERTY W/ TRICK PHOTOGRAPHY. THERE IS MOLD IN THE HOUSE BY HIS OWN ADMISSION AND HE SAID YOU HAVE TO KEEP ALL THE WINDOWS OPEN OR YOUR STUFF WILL GET RUINED. OMG, THIS GUY IS SUCH A BAD MAN, WHO I HOPE GETS ARRESTED FOR FRAUD. HE MAY HAVE ROBBED ME FOR MY MONEY BUT I WILL POST BAD REVIEWS ON EVERY SITE I CAN REGARDING THIS PROPERTY TO WARN OTHERS!!!! RUN!!
