Wow! Great place to stay for some Hawaiian fun. Kona is my favorite place and the condos are awesome, great pool, facilities and locals.
We love the Kona Makai complex. Really wish we had bought a unit here during the 2008 economic downturn but we weren't in a position to do so. It's an older development now but constantly maintained so it still feels really nice. The grounds are meticulous with wonderful plants and trees all around. Pool and hot tub are just the right size and also kept in good shape. Three Weber barbeques available for everyone to use right down by the ocean. We grilled teriyaki chicken down there last night before sunset. Have stayed here at least five different trips and highly recommend it.
Condo complex on the ocean, located just 1 mile from the center of Kailua-Kona! The complex is well maintained and has great amenities - including a pool, hot tub, ocean lounge chairs, and BBQ area. It's a great place for a vacation!
Can't say much about the other units, but 4106 was not anything like they advertised. Straight out of the 70's.
I spent my vacation here. It's a beautiful condo with a pool and great ocean views.
