We enjoyed our stay here. There's a dedicated parking spot, snorkeling and beach equipment for renters to use, and a warm swimming pool that locals don't use. Sure, the accommodation is not perfect nor upscale but its convenience and the above bonuses make it a very good place to stay in Kona. You can literally walk to the beach!
Nice enough place to stay. Not extravagant but serviceable. Needs more parking and people are pretty up-tight about the parking situation.
