Chuck, our salesperson, was very helpful and patient. The prices were good, delivery excellent, and we love the new mattress.
After a very rough day of moving into our new place we stopped by Slumberworld to pick up our new mattress. We had decided on what we were getting the week before and were super excited to have a new, comfy bed to sleep in. Unfortunately we found out that the warehouse guys aren’t there on Monday, which is our only day off during the week, and that our mattress was in a difficult place to get to. Super bummed we were ready to go home and figure something else out when Chuck told us he wasn’t going to give up on getting us our mattress. He worked some magic and we are headed home with our new bed. Chuck and Lauren were very helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to help us today and we are so very grateful for everything they did for us. It’s rare to find people willing to do whatever they can when it would have been easier for them to tell us to come back at a later date. Go by and see these guys, you won’t be disappointed!
Now Furnitureland itself is excellent. They stock TONS of very high-quality, beautiful furniture. It was just unfortunate that we picked the one product they have problems with.
They have a great mattress selection but so do a lot of other stores the Personnel the salespeople they are very very nice especially in the furniture part they're extremely nice but I just found that too sometimes that you just don't get the right person but I bought my bed through them that I think you should
Okay, first let me state that the quality problem has nothing to do with Furnitureland and everything to do with La-Z-Boy. Unfortunately they stock one particular product which we purchased that constantly has issues. It is a medical lift chair produced by La-Z-Boy and a quick search online will show that it is poorly constructed with tons of complaints.
The staff was pleasant , friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
They have been extremely helpful in resolving the problems we have had, to the extent of actually replacing the chair for a new one at no expense to me. My hero through it all has been an employee by the name of Tina. She has heard me at my most frustrated times and maintained an extremely professional attitude towards things and better yet, has resolved these problems we have had with La-Z-Boy.
I will be buying furniture in the future from Furnitureland and recommend them to anyone looking for a company that takes customer service very seriously (just stay AWAY from La-Z-Boy products!)
