This is a perfectly normal KFC.
No joke... the phone rang while I was ordering and they let it go to their answering machine. Except they had it on the setting where you can hear the person speaking the message they're leaving. In this instance it was a lady going into detail about the roach in her mashed potatoes that she found. Be that as it may... perhaps not letting the customers hear that while they're in line would probably be a wiser move.
