Went to Lemongrass for dinner. The food was excellent. One of my favorite restaurants in Kona. Have taken all of our visitors there to eat and they all have enjoyed the food and service.
Came here my first night in Kona, came back my second night! Glad to have found this spot outside the main tourist street. Better prices and authentic quality. I had the Fried basil rice both times and they were perfect each time. Fast and friendly service.
Was an good change for us after being disappointed trying out the bland Hawaiian food. I would say one of the best panang curry I have eaten till now
Been eating here for years, and food & service always great! A lot of different options for appetizers, soups, curries, various Thai / Asian Fusion entrees. Monday thru Friday they have great lunch specials. You wouldn't expect it, but a nice wine list as well! Only thing negative is the parking can be a pain, but once you see the glory of the (shared) parking lot there, you'll see it's not really their fault.
I love this place! I work in downtown Kona and I eat here once a week. I love the Orange Chicken lunch special, the service is FANTASTIC, Shay always knows what I want, and gets it to me quickly since I come on my lunch break. I appreciate how efficient they are with my time.
