The location and service are amazing, 5 stars. Our waitress was Ashley and she was so friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the location (you're basically on a dock on the water). My husband had the tenderloin, the gravy was to die for, but the beans were undercooked- still very crunchy almost raw, and the steak was pretty good. I wasn't too hungry, so I had the fresh made spaghetti (perfect texture, great flavor), and just had them put the marinara sauce on it. The sauce wasn't too exiting, but marinara rarely is. We shared the tiramisu which was pretty good but didn't really stand out.
Lovely setting with ocean front views. Freshly made pasta (see picture) cooked perfectly. Kids menu had a nice variety. Server was a bit overwhelmed with several parties all arriving at the same time but nonetheless was friendly and corrected our order.
They had local Kona beers and a huge wine selection. I wish I had ordered a mixed drink because they had some cool ones listed. Random side note, the coasters were weird stones that seemed to make the water glasses sweat more and made the glasses unstable.
Beautiful views, friendly staff and excellent food! The fresh pasta is awesome. For dinner, the lasagna is always a winner. They also have a pretty extensive bar and cocktail list. Happy hour all afternoon (until 5pm)
The day after our dinner, the owner called us and apologized for our experience. She had talked with our server to understand what happened, and refunded the gratuity amount. Not a lot of places will do that, and we really appreciated it. You can give this place a try knowing that the owners do care about the experience you receive.

Not a good experience. Our server forgot different parts of our order throughout the meal, and seemed to vanish for about half an hour at one point. When we reminded her about the forgotten parts of our order, she was dismissive and was slow about bringing them out or didn't bother to at all. We were a large group so she was already guaranteed the 18% gratuity. The food itself was fine but overpriced for the portions you received. Overall, we had high expectations based on other reviews and we ended up pretty disappointed with this spot.
The prices are just right, the service was great. We were there 2x during our visit, our waiters John & Damien were great. Kept us informed on how long out order would be and informed us on some of their specials and accommodated us for my sons order which was Ravioli's in a cream sauce and he are the entire order and it was NOT off of the kids menu. The steak was PERFECT. Everything was perfect. We even got to sing Happy Birthday to the owner and the cake was delicious. 5 stars and 2 thumps up. Til next time MI's.
