It’s the ambiance, really. Sporty sport sports on all screens at all times. Staff is nice about finding when you need: MNF (not really “night” - more like afternoon), got that; Gonzaga basketball game, got that; ND volleyball championships, sure, why not? Look at that view! The ono sandwich was fresh and delicately cooked. Bar snacks come out quickly.
Food is generally quite good... I go here for the sports not the food, but it's not bad at all. The fish (Ono) sandwich is my favorite. The pizzas are also pretty good.
The service and food were great! This place has it all, great - tasting cold beer, service, food and prices! The bartender welcomed us when we came in and he was very attentive of the whole bar. Kayley looked after our table and provided great recommendations. We had the halibut and chips and the coconut shrimp, both were yummy. Kayley provided fast and friendly service. She is a gem that personifies the Aloha spirit. We will definitely be back : )
I've been recently coming here after I'm done with work when I have to wait for my honey to pick me up I've had good experiences at this place until today... today was the first time I had to run a tab because my purse was in my honey's car so I had to wait for him to come pick me up not only did the bartender hand me my tab after my first drink and deny me a second one... thinking I would not pay but he gave me attitude as well I felt misstreated... I always pay my bill here and tip up to $4 a drink! I will no longer come to this bar !
The food was really good and the employees were very nice. We originally went to humpy’s but we felt the servers were rude and we couldn’t get their attention to order food so we left and came here. Everyone was really nice and we got the pretzels and nachos.... both were delicious!! Actually went back a second night to get the same food again!
Good place to go watch sports. The staff will generally find most any event and turn a TV to it! The beer is cold, but there's not a huge selection.
The only bad part is a persistent garbage smell that seems to waft in when the wind is from the wrong direction.
