Don’t set an appointment. It doesn’t matter they’ll still say you have to wait 2-3 hours before they can start.
I supposedly had my oil and oil filter changed 2 months ago. I seriously drive my car very little since I have a home based business. My car has been making an odd sound and I took it to a local garage that has more services than Firestone. They said they needed to look at my oil filter to see if there was any metal in it. The oil filter was black!!! My oil is an extremely dark brown color. For my oil and oil filter to have been changed 2 months ago my oil should still be somewhat clear and my filter should not be black. No more Firestone for me!!!

Friendly service from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Upgraded my tire at no additional charge since they didn't have my brand available. Took care of my car with seat covers and handling. Explained the charges, and gave me options. My second time using them, and I will continue to do so.
