Had an appointment for oil change. Called in ahead to see if they were on sched6and was told they were. Arrived and checked in 10 minutes early for appointment. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minu5early still had not been worked on. We asked for our car back. Will not return to this Goodyear.
I recently purchased a complete set of tires. Today I found a nail in one. When I called to have it repaired, I requested that I be able to drop the car off at 8:30am (the local store in Kona opens at 7:00am). I was rudely told no, I have to wait until 9:00. I explained I would drop it off and return for it later. I was asked what part of "no" I didn't understand. I asked for a supervisor and the employee hung up on me. I certainly will never purchase a Goodyear product again, nor will I recommend friends or family do business with them!
The best customer service I've ever had at an auto shop!! Robinson was VERY helpful and extremely courteous!! He even found a better deal on my tires than what I was quoted! Fast, friendly, efficient service!! Go check them out!!
