Awesome service! They are honest and they all work hard! They did not try to scam me like this other place tried to do and because of that and the great job they did on my car i will be bringing my car back to them future issues... I highly recommend Midas in Kona. ..they get the job done as quickly to their ability and don't stand around like some places I know!!! They got my car in and out the same amount of time it took this one place to change a tire, no joke..... Thank you Midas employees!!!
I went in for my car to balance it and was skeptical at first because I like more a family owned business. I must admit that I had a 'wrong' view of a big company and the name Midas....because I so felt at home, it feels like family owned and especially the manager Chris made me feel so safe.
My daughter took her car in for a new alternator, Midas said they wanted $1000 to replace. $1000???? Come on guys! I told her to get another quote. She's having it done for$650. Still high but you see the difference. Women! Don't take your vehicle to this place. Man.....I'd go over there and chew these guys out for taking advantage of a young girl but I'm in Michigan.
But Chris took such good care of me, explained me point before point what was going on(My native language is Dutch) with my car and what needed to be done.

I found my safe mechanic who I trust and know that won't sell me stuff I don't need.
Don't do business here! I went to get a safety check done, the guy said either wait 1 hour or come back later and they MIGHT take me. I left and went back 2 hours later. He so busy chatting with ladies, then he gets mad cause I mention it. He says "I'm doing customer service!" Well, I thought I was a customer, but I guess not!
It's a little expensive, but we've always been able to get in right away.
