The sales guy "Ben" tried to cheat me. I was looking for a clutch for my truck. He brought out a used clutch. I used my finger to scratch the side of the box without him knowing then I requested for a "NEW" clutch. He took the box to the back and came back with the exact same clutch, same box, just more expensive because it was supposedly a new clutch. We argued and I showed him what I did to the box. I told him he's a cheater and I would never go back to this place. They are smart so be smarter people!
I was in the middle of a repair and realized I was given the wrong part,I drove back to O'Reilly's and "Troy"was helping me at the counter,awesome customer service.he went over the part numbers and discovered a mislabeled box..A manufacturer mixup...He brought me all the parts I needed and suggested a few tools that were a huge help....A+
