I tried what he recommended to no avail so I took it to his shop. I've never had a mechanic willing to help over the phone so I decided to take the vehicle to him even if I had to wait until tomorrow.
I called Raymond after breaking down in Kona. He said he was full for the day, and then proceeded to give me free advice over the phone for possible issues and simple remedies. He said he'd call if something opened up on the schedule.
He called less than two hours later and had already had the vehicle in. He fixed it for a very good price and we're on our way.
Raymond is the best. Honest diagnosis and quality work.

Raymond came out to my car jacked it up and told me my bearing is bad all in under five minutes. It was bad bearing from auto zone. Best in town and ive been to them all. Mahalo
