Incredible standard of service and diving. Did 3 dives with them; unfortunately, no mantas in the manta dive, but our two morning dives were excellent. Great amenities, friendly guides, excellent customer service. Would go again.
I had a lot of fun. I went on their manta ray night snorkel. Josh and Molly were both amazing! I'm also glad they had Nutter Butters and hot chocolate.
These guys are awesome! My husband and I dove 2 different days 4 tanks. We initially booked one day with big island divers but after the first dive the crew was so good as well as the diving we had to book another dive. The crew was super nice and helpful. We dove with Tera she was amazing she was very intuitive and searched for cool fish to show us that we wouldn't normally find on our own. She was also very good at watching us and making sure we didn't have any leaks on our gear or if we were struggling with anything she was right there to help us. I would highly recommend diving with her she is very joyful we had a ton of fun with her. Every crew member or person working in the shop was very very helpful and nice. I really enjoyed our captain Nic we had him for both of our dives and we loved him, he was very very helpful with a good sense of humor and brought us hot chocolate on our night dive (talk about spoiling us). We also enjoyed Megan she had a great personality. Ive dove with a lot of different companies and big island divers is by FARE my favorite.
We did the reef and manta ray night dive, best dive I've ever had. It was amazing and our dive instructor's were awesome. The rays are beautiful, we had atleast 20 of them around us, an experience I'll never forget, unlike other dive companies we saw there, these guys take great care of you.
Good experience with our 2 tank manta dive. First dive is in the afternoon to see the coral and fish, second dive after sunset to see manta rays. Unfortunately only one manta ray came but it was still worth it. One complaint I have is that my wetsuit size was different than what was selected at the shop when I checked in, and so were my husband's fins. Otherwise, great crew!
