The best and the only place in Kona to find a terrific running gear as well as winding run big and run Big Island t-shirts and running apparel they do provide great service and contribute to the local social organizations for their support
I'm new to running/jogging. Didnt seem to be making progress. Wanted to jog but my feet were noticeably uncomfortable during and after each workout. Stopped by big island running co. John welcomed me with a big smile and quirky sense of humor:-) He was very informative and helpful. After a brief chat, John explained how I needed more motion support for my feet. Showed me a few options. Tried them on, analyzed my gait, shoe fit, comfort level, and more. Needless to say I'm up at 4 miles now with my new shoes. This will be my go to store for my running needs for sure!
I am a runner, and decided to stop by when I saw the store. They were friendly, and had a nice selection of athletic shirts.
The biggest issue is picking ONE thing to buy because it's all cute. They have great gear, fuel, and lots of knowhow. A must stop in for all runners in the area.
