Great service and wonderful ocean view. Fresh fish trio is a must try. Can't wait to visit again!
the sunset amazing from this location but this is not the restaurants making. They're amazingly positioned for the view however the food and service is a bit hit and miss. Cocktails are good but the wine list is a bit limited. Went on two separate occasions but the food and service differed greatly. Some really lovely staff and then some who could have done with some training - like how not to spill food and sauce everywhere and how to clean up and apologise - just the ABCs of customer service.
Food and service is ok. View is absolutely amazing. Plenty of room for improvement. Food seems to be lacking real flavor and drinks are very light on the alcohol.
Loved sitting close to the ocean, watching the sunset in this open-air restaurant. I don't drink, but my companions enjoyed their Lichee Martinis. The triple fish plate masked the fish with lots of seeds and coverings, but had good sauce. The mango sunset virgin fruit smoothie was really good. Service is a bit slow and prices are a bit high, (our group of five paid over $240). The lamb chops were tiny and artistically presented at about a bite a chop (four). I had the only dessert; a macadamia nut pie which was like a pecan pie with the other kind of nut. Just "eh". Come at 6:30 to catch the sunset and make as reservation as they are very popular. Worth the visit for the view alone.
I like the fire pits outside, but sometimes they turn them off. Reservations required which is a pain in my opinion as they don't look that busy when we have been turned away. The food is not very flavorful which is surprising for Sam Choy's right?
