I just leased a Honda CRV 2017. I was very happy with my previous lease experience at this Dealership. Over the last 3 years I always received excellent service from Stan Kanai (Sales and Leasing Consultant) and Stan Held (Service Advisor), as well as from the other Staff at this Dealership. My lease was getting close to expire and I met with Stan to go over my options. As with my previous lease, his advice is very helpful and I always feel to be in good hands. With his and Thad's (Financial Manager) help, the transition from my previous lease car to my new one went very smooth and effortless. As I have personalized license plates they took the extra effort to take care of everything, so I don’t have to deal with it. It was a truly exceptional experience and I can highly recommend them!
Terrible customer service. Bought a truck two months ago and the back end completely siezed up while driving it, now it’s completely undrivable. Not sure how this wasn’t caught ahead of time by Big Island Honda, not to mention I was given nothing but attitude from customer service and no response from my sales rep. Unfortunate to see they only care about getting a sale, and not about the customer. Would never recommend them.
At last the Kona Mercedes Benz Service Center is functioning as it should. A great part of this VAST IMPROVEMENT is the solid performance of your service advisor KARLY GRIMES. She is to be commended for a job well done.
I purchased a 2012 civic from this dealership and had an excellent experience. The salesman OT helped me find the car and get through the purchasing process he was exceptional, no pressure and he was very professional. The finance director was very enlightening. The thing I liked most about him was he took the time to explain what everything ment in the loan and auto warranty. I like my car very much and have only had a small aesthetic issue. The issue was minor, but the customer service leader called me quickly ( within the same day of reporting the minor problem) apologized and was very polite. The aspect that stood out most in respect to the dealerships customer service was that they treated my minor problem like it was a major issue. Overall a good experience and would recommend to a friend or family member.
Went to get a basic inspection and get my airbags replaced due to a safety recall on my car model. I was pleasantly suprised as the process was fairly quick and well done. Stan, the employee who assisted me that day walked me through everything and answered every question i had flawlessly. Will be coming back if i have any problems with my car again!
