Terrible customer service. The sales people are great! The service people I have had the misfortune to interact with have been seriously lacking in knowledge about the Takata airbag recall, they sent me to TOYOTA to have the recall work done!
I was having a problem with my 2008 Hyundai Sonata, the rear middle brake light was out, the manual does NOT discuss how to replace it, just its size... There is no access to this light from inside the trunk or through the inside... I just wanted an answer as to how to change this light as the car failed its safety check because of this light... I was told that they did not make the car, so its not their problem... I was told that maybe I should by a good car, the service manager was rude, nasty and very unhelpful and hung up... NO WAY WILL I EVER BUY ANOTHER HYUNDAI.... anyone want to buy a used 2008 Sonata with 60,000 miles... Its for sale..
Unthinkable in Belgium.
When I left the Nissan dealer I had a full tank of gas.
Great service & well trained salesman. This is my second Subaru Forester. They're a great dependable vehicle that performs well in all road conditions & very economical to operate.
The manager talked to me, the sales person took care of me .
Do I really have to give one star?
You buy it as is, of course. But this is the third day?!
I waited a month or more to write a review, so my angry feelings would have been calmed down a bit. I was never treated so poorly. In Belgium my country of birth, it would be unthinkable to treat people the way they did with me.
When big island motors sent me on the street there were two drops in it. I hardly made it to the gas station..
The stranger was the Nissan manager.
When I came back to pick up my car, they took my car in hostage. They didn't want to return my keys before I signed some papers. Disgusting!!!
It's dark.
Another two days later the car failed again, I was crying in the street.
Nissan treated me as I would be treated in Belgium.
I begged them to exchange the car And to take this one back so I could buy another one with them.
They lied, used forceful selling techniques, sold me a lemon car they knew off....I put the puzzle together two days after I bought it, when Istartted having trouble and I finally understood the whole picture. The third day my car was flooded at the driver's seat, water just pouring in.
What a difference.
So, tried to get my Miata in for service (the clutch is going out), and after 2+ days of trying to get someone on the phone, all I got were excuses on how she COULDN'T help get my car repaired. Suggested I call someone else! How's that for attracting and keeping customers?
Watch out for their sneaky sales techniques in big island motors....
I drive a new Nissan versa now...
They ,again, used their sales tactics. The sales person goes back and forward to the manager, u never see.
I told him the story.
And he said, come to Nissan Kona, I'll take that Mazda of your hands.
A stranger asked what's going on with you?
The so called new transmission, the sales person told me they put in was an used one. Lies, lies, lies..
