Sales manager snapped at me, even swore! But worse of all they blame you for everything thats wrong with your vehicle.. NO responsibility what so ever!

I bought a new Tacoma from them a few months ago and had a stress-free experience at every point. The salesperson, Michael Kitchen, was knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. We took a test drive and decided we liked the truck but wanted the V6 model, which they did not have in Kona, but were willing to bring one over from Hilo for me to see. Michael arranged that and when it arrived---a few days later--we went for another test drive. I liked what I saw, so we went inside and I made a fair offer and they accepted. It took maybe 20 minutes--start to end. The vehicle was cleaned and ready to go a few days later when I picked it up. I was very satisfied with the process and I love my new truck.

Very responsive and helpful staff! After I spent an hour at the Subaru/Mazda dealership trying to get my airbag recall done they sent me to Toyota. (I drive a Subaru) In under 10min my questions were answered, and the work scheduled. I will be buying my next car from here based on the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff!

1) Shuttle told me that they would be there in 15 mins and I waited outside for them for over an hour

It would have been more time efficient for me to drive to Hilo, have them service my car, and drive back to Kona. They didn't apologize for the complete and utter failure. Worst customer service experience ever

Called ahead to check if the dealership had a part that i need to fix my truck. The guy couldn't even tell me if they had the part because i couldn't tell him my VIN number (not necessary as I know the year, make, model, engine size, cab size, etc). I was already on my way to town, so I wasn't going home just for the VIN. I go into the dealership, tell him what I need. No problem, never even asks for my VIN (though it is the same guy I spoke with on the phone). He brings me a pulley assembly, and i told him it was different than what I needed. He told me it would be fine. It was not. He sold me the pulley assembly for the A/C belt, instead of the tension nut for the alternator (what I asked specifically for). They look similarly, but my inexperienced eye could tell that it wasn't the same. The employee selling the parts couldn't tell the difference though. The cashier was friendly, and that's why I am giving two stars.

2) I was told that my service would take an hour to answer hour half and it took over 4 hours (this made me late to work).
