Great service from Gavin in the Nissan service department, super nice with great communication. Unsatisfied with the parts department, told me they would call me back three times in one day but made no effort to call me back or help me with my inquiry.
I showed up anyway a few days later and three hours later Idrove out of Nissan with a brand new Nissan versa note!!!!They took the Mazda and Doug made it happen.
I had bought a second hand car in big island motors two weeks prior.
I am an artist, have a very tight budget.
I was in shock, this time positive, couldn't believe my eyes...I had a new car!!!!

Well today it was clear whom I was dealing with & I have no interest in doing business with Kona Nissan . This Tactic you used is called Bait & Switch ( False statement about the agreed price of the car) . No integrity & objectively dishonest person I don't waste my time . This's what happened when I asked for an estimate of the out the door price included sales tax, DMV Fees and document fees .
And then there was Tony, the financial manager, he was like a father to me, explained me everything. Never pushed me, which was so different again. I am not used to loan or make debts...anyway if I could I would give them 100 points..
Purchased my 3rd vehicle here today and I'm so happy. Best dealer on the island by far. Attention to detail is practiced at this dealership. Thank you.
