Paid total $137 for a truck key. Then charged me 12$ for a shop fee ontop of the cost. The guy said they just charge 10% extra for their tools. I paid 5$ just to have the 50$ key cut. Never going there again. Can't believe I ever trusted them enough to buy my truck there. Last penny from me. Enjoy your 12$ shop fee. Who does that? . Lex broadie don't I tell you that much.
This dealership is VERY fraudulent. DO NOT even think about giving them your business. The managers will put on a good face, then, once you sign, run from any responsibility. They will also try really hard to sell you a warranty that costs thousands. Trust me, these guys act like CROOKS!!! Stay AWAY!!!!!!!
We just recently bought a Jeep here and we had a fantastic experience! Allen was incredibly friendly and made us feel very secure in the car that we picked. The whole process took about 4 hours and we had an amazing time there as everyone was really welcoming! Allen did a fantastic job and we definitely recommend going here for any car purchases!
They do the job well but there's an older woman there that is a van driver who kept on telling me to do common sense things. Very irritating.
Every time I go there the service is top notched and friendly, from Mark at check in who's always helpful with questions and answers. The girls in the office and the guys at the counter and service, they make you feel welcomed and that your vehicle is in good hands. kudos
