Absolutely terrible customer service. Employees habitually close store 5-15 minutes before posted close time. This entails turning off fans and lights up to 30 minutes before the posted close time, refusing entry to customers up to 15 minutes before posted close, and blocking off sections of the store 20 minutes before the posted close. Employees will claim they must go by their clock, an old analog behind the counter that reads a solid 10 minutes fast. Even if customers are ready to check out or have been in the store well before closing, employees have told them to leave. The only reason to go is the decent selection of used (read: junky, despensible) housewares. There are far better thrift stores locally, like 4Good, if you're searching for clothes and nice-quality homegoods.
