Not only was the framing process itself of the highest quality, but Matt's ability to hang the photos precisely and professionally was invaluable. He had made sure the installation would go well by making two visits to the house and scoping it out before actually doing the hanging of the photos. No doubt his background in the museum world enabled him to make the installation go as smoothly as it did.

I wanted the quality of the framing to match that of the prints themselves, which was very high, and I was not disappointed. Matt took the time to go over every photo with me, and assisted me in picking frames which fit the particular characteristics of each print. It was very quickly evident that his eye and expertise were impeccable, so his advice was easy to accept. I needed a wood frame for a wood carving I had made.
The work was completed on time, and overall, the results were excellent. (That's no surprise- some of the staff have been plying their trade at KFS for decades.) A couple of prints did get damaged during the framing process, and Matt pointed out these glitches to me, even though they were pretty close to imperceptible- so minor that I almost surely never would have noticed them, had he not been such an honest perfectionist and made sure I saw them. He also insisted on paying to have the photos in question re-printed, and then re-framed them at no charge. Talk about good business practices!
I received the frame within the time frame I had specified.
