Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Everything else is pure Verizon
I am a long time Verizon Customer, this review is not for this particular store but Verizon itself. I preordered an Iphonex October 17th and received a nonworking phone on Nov 24th, (unresponsive touch screen). We were able to reset the phone and get the screen working for a few days. The phone died permanently Nov 29th and I am told that a new phone will be shipped some time around December 13th. Verizon, your response time is tragic.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH VERIZON WIRELESS THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. The "manager," Terry, just awful. Customer service is obviously not his strong suit. I have never been treated so poorly or talked to with such disrespect before; not only was he rude but he was obviously not interested in helping me with a problem that his own staff had caused. To yell at a customer on the phone is completely unprofessional, especially for someone in a management position. He even refused to let me speak to someone else, even though another manager was on duty. They're all about bringing in sales, so be careful they'll try to get you to buy everything you don't want, and end up selling you the wrong product with the wrong perks and blame you for it. I do not recommend this store at all.
Hands down the worst customer service experience of my life. It takes A LOT to get me upset with someone who is working in the customer service industry. Mistakes happen, and people have bad days. I completely understand, and I have never written a negative review of any business. But the way that I was treated was inexcusable. I am deeply regretting switching to Verizon. They have great cell service but terrible customer service. Clearly, the needs of the customer are not a priority. Profit is the only motivator.
Helpful staff in getting information on an upgrade. Tried to help me but with the Note 7 to Note 8 upgrade issues and if I could have done it here I would have saved about 4% in taxes.
