Awesome and easy manta ray viewing! We saw many mantas! The captain was fun and great for the whole family.

The best day of my week long vacation! The guides were perfect. They were knowledgeable about Hawaiian history and the bay we traveled in as well. They didn’t have us paddle too much, and actually did most of the work. The crew members were excellent divers. They brought us sea urchins to hold (for a short time), and a giant conch - which was beautiful. They also found an octopus and a manta ray. It was awesome to snorkel in the ocean with them and see all the wonderful sea life. I can’t wait to visit them and take another exciting trip!! Definitely worth the time and energy!!
Had an awesome time! Paddled out 2 minutes turned on the lights and within minutes HUGE manta rays came by. The crew is friendly and sets you up to jump in. Definitely would go again. Dont hesitate to book a tour. For sure an amazing experience I won't forget.
Then, she called us back at a later time to let us know there will be fireworks at 8pm on 4th of July. Her husband wanted to change the time to correspond with the fireworks so we'll be on the water with the best seat in the house!
This is Best Manta Tour in Kona for sure. I’ve been out with several companies and they were all awesome experiences but the difference with Analakai is the Ohana feel in that the guides are local for generations and really know the oral traditions and culture and what the wildlife means to the land and culture. They tell history and science through this lens that is unique to this place. Also it’s incredible to be low to the water so you can see the Mantas from the boat for folks who don’t swim or don’t want to go in the water. I like that there is no motor so the Mantas flock to the canoe and away from the louder boats. It really is a peaceful and wonderful experience that everyone visiting should have! I’ll be going again for sure.
