This was a beautiful home in a quiet and scenic area. The house was perfect for our needs, the pool was clean and refreshing. Kona Coast Vacations was there when we needed them to answer questions, but never "in our hair" at all - they just left us to have a great time. They were very accommodating and allowed us to store luggage at their office after checkout since we had a midnight flight back home. The home included good wifi, BBQ, full kitchen, laundry facilities. I would definitely recommend this.
The company was great, the unit was perfect. They were very knowledgeable about the local area, had great follow up. Their staff even took the time to call and check in on everything!
Loved the house we stayed at, well kept, fantastic views. The staff was amazing. Any question we had it was answered fast. Concierge David was GREAT!! Offered lots of knowledge of the island and things to do. They really took care of us on our last day. No complaints, we would stay with this company again in a second.

I needed to book a place in the Waikaloa area at peak Christmas season at the last minute. After trolling the AirBnB site, I noticed the Kona Coast Vacations logo on several properties. I called them and the gal helped me find just the right accommodations in just a few minutes. The price was reasonable, especially at that late date. I expected an adequate time-share type condo and was pleasantly surprised to find something much bigger and nicer. All the arrangements went smoothly and we had a great time. We loved the turkeys on the golf course! I would recommend Kona Coast to anyone wanting to find a vacation spot on the Big Island.
THE UNIT WE STAYED IN WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO AREA TO STORE OUR PERSONAL TOILETRIES OTHER THAN A BASKET ON FLOOR UNDER THE SINK. VERY POOR. THE SHOWER HEAD DID GET YOU WET BUT IT WAS NOT A PLEASURE TO TAKE A SHOWER. WHEN THE A/C SHUT OFF ONE EVENING, I TRIED TO OPEN THE WINDOWS IN THE BEDROOM & NEVER COULD GET THEM TO OPEN SO WE HAD A VERY WARM NIGHT. THE A/C CAME BACK ON THE NEXT DAY AND WAS FINE FOR THE REST OF OUR STAY. OVERALL, THE STAY WAS GOOD, BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.
