If I could give 6 stars for this experience and property I would. From start to finish it was one of the easiiest bookings I have ever done. Mark Stone was so helpful it was like we had our own private inside tour guide. Any question we had about the property or anything to do with getting there, or the trip, Mark was always there. He was very quick to respond at just about anytime day or night.
We would not hesitate to recommend this property at all, especially with the service we got from Mark made the expereince that much more fantastic.
The property has a view that is simply breath taking, and the place is very well maintained with easy access to beaches and downtown Kona. The attention to detail for the property is excellent as well. Everything from hair dryers to towels, to coolers and chairs for the beach, to even a cork opener for a wine bottle has been thought of. The wifi was a nice touch as well. being on the west side of the island we had great weather everyday and could enjoy dinner on the balcony anytime we wanted. Don't let the bust road behind the property fool you. At night it is very quiet and we slept with the windows open.
