We did the Manta Ray night snorkel (7:30 to 9:30pm session) on November 16, 2017. The snorkeling itself was fantastic. Splashers' customer service left much to be desired. Rude and crabby. Rather then be helpful and supportive during the experience, they are rude and yell at you. They lectured us about being late (check-in started at 7pm, we got there at 7:14pm, boat departure at 7:30pm). You are suppose to keep your legs up to avoid scaring the rays but my legs kept sinking for some reason. Despite telling them I was struggling, they just kept yelling at me to keep my legs up. Once back on the boat, I found out they had float belts. Why didn't the employee offer me a float belt in the water rather than just yell at me? Look for a different company offering the same trip.
It definitely helped that we did get to see whales and dolphins, but even if we hadn't lucked out I would still recommend this business just for the fact that they are so ethical in their approach to ecotourism.

We had such a great time! The folks that took us out were professional, knowledgeable and personable. We swam with the dolphins, turtles, and many tropical fish. We even saw a whale while we were out! I would recommend to anyone!
We have been using Splashers for the last few years, Mike is easy to book with, and the crew is amazing, I don't feel like just another tourist when with them. Thank you to all the crew for making us have such a memorable trip. If want to experience Dolphins, Manta Ray and Hawaiian sea life, this is a must. Thank You John and Erick from Chicago
only thing was they promised us a go pro on the phone, then when ewe got there no one knew what we were talking about He called after and said the go pro had been flooded the day before. Super annoying after the fact - and they knew the info the whole time. hence the 3 star, otherwise would have been a 5.
I went on the daytime whalewatching/dolphin and snorkeling tour this week with my husband and family. It was amazing. Our captain and guide were Dave and Matt--they were really terrific guides, couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was very apparent that they are both knowledgeable as well as respectful of marine life. They definitely prioritize coral reef health and it really shows. They also had lots of great stories and jokes to share!
