Nice experience. Friendly and talented staff. Quick in and out. Clean, well maintained cars. Office facilities could use some freshening up.
We wait for an hour in the line (only 4 customer in front of us ). Did not get the car we originally booked (a downgrade), but charged by what we booked for .
This place is terrible !. The staff is not helpful and very rude. And Most important, they are not honest to their customer.
Best car rental service I have ever received anywhere!! Although I arrived 90 minutes early, the mini-van (to move a 75# Husky, his kennel and several suitcases) was ready to go. An exchange the next day for a "standard sedan" went flawlessly. I was truly impressed by this very positive experience.
Probably the most frustrating rental location ever in 30 years of travel. Some places the staff are downright rude and uncaring. Not this location. They come across as friendly yet they have taken the art of making you wait forever to a new height, and if you dare ask why all these folks that came later get waited on before you, they tell you it is your own fault. And when you ask for the car car class you prepaid for, a full sized sedan, they are sorry but you need to take a sad tiny joke of an SUV that gets 13 miles to the gallon (I checked when I fired up the lawn-mower sized engine) and then tell you to be glad for the amazing upgrade. But for folk they like (not me as I asked why when it was my turn the other agent left) I see them wink and give the quiet and meek customer a luxury vehicle for the price of a standard. But I guess this franchise owner and Avis don’t care given they rent every car in the lot - so turn a blind eye to discrimination, slow service and lackluster reviews. But I have to give them credit in how they torture you while smiling the entire time. Advice - be meek, never complain, and no matter what they give you or how the total is more than your reservation showed (observed this tactic multiple times during my hour long wait) smile and be thankful!
Staff is very unhelpful and rude. My husband is an Avis preferred member and have always had good service from them. However, at this facility the staff is very discourteous. Since our flight landed earlier, requested them to give our car an hour earlier. They said cannot give the car an hour earlier, even though we could see our car ready and standing in front of us!! We told them that we would be also returning the car almost 3 hours earlier than mentioned, so we would be giving them their time back earlier. However, we got a very dismissive and rude response. No place to sit inside the facility anywhere and we were sitting outside in scorching sun for an hour to get the car which was ready already an hour ago!! Didn’t expect this kind of behavior and service from Avis.
