Personnel extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately for them they were terribly understaffed and they were wearing 3 hats at once trying to meet the needs of as many as 8 people waiting for cars....they needed to take our rental information, clean cars, inspect returning cars and get us into cars. It was ridiculous. The wait was over one hour to get our rental. On top of that we needed to get a taxi from the airport to the Kailua site...no shuttle or transit service available. HOWEVER! Despite that everyone was very nice and I appreciate their kind service. They did the best they could under the circumstances.
Great service! They pick you up and take you home or back and forth to your hotel to puck up and drop off the rental. Saves time and taxi fares!

Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Good quality cars at good prices. I've gotten upgrades for them not having what I reserved. Only rental car company I use now. Great convenient location. Operating hours could be longer. Overall great experience everytime I've used them.
My opinion was up, then down, then up again. UP- I really liked the price they offered compared to all the other rental car companies in the Kona area. DOWN- I discovered after I made the reservation that they were not at the airport and did not have a shuttle. Admittedly, I may have just overlooked that info during the reservation process, but it was surprising to me the company which advertises "We'll pick you up" wouldn't. I also found out they actually close at 5:30 p.m. even though their website said 6:00 and they sounded angry at me that my plane was coming in at 5:00. BACK UP- They did stay open for me even though I could not get there until after 5:30, they gave me contact info for an affordable taxi company (still about $30 but my rental savings much more than made up for that cost) and they were friendly. If you don't mind the hassle of arranging your own transportation to/from the airport, you may want to consider using them, especially if your savings are comparable to what mine were.
