They can be an hour late with your rental, but you lose deposits for try cancel.
Rented a truck to go up to Mauna Kea. Overall went very smoothly. Was a tad expensive and they were meticulous about documenting the condition before and after... Hut I guess that's to be expected. Truck was in great condition and performed very well. Mauna Kea was spectacular.
Too Too Too Expensive! You don't need 4wd car to go to mauna kea.
This place sucks.
